Recently I was pulled into a race with five other guys to a race to 200,000 gamerscore. We all started relatively close to 140,000, me being a little more than 10,000 behind the leader. These select elite gamers are as follows: Elite Hero (The guy I met in this challenge), Hammer x360a (The Canadian), jackanape (The Brit), Mechahertz (The other guy I met in this challenge), and Rich x360a (The guy I met boosting GH:WT with).
This race, for me at least, started a little while back when I was slowly creeping up on Hammer x360a right before the GSL. I threw down some taunts and reached within 4,000 of him! Then he threw down and now has a lead of about 11,000 gamerscore. I'm looking to change this.
I was at one point 30,000 behind Hammer before (back when I had 25,000), I'm just wondering if it's possible to gain 10,000 on him before he hits 200,000 himself, and worry about the other four guys as well.
Some friends, (Rand and Fro in particular, and maybe Blind or Krueger, I forget) are each willing to buy me a game if I win this challenge, so they say. It may be a little incentive to actually go for it. The Collector's Edition of MW2 and Halo 3: Recon don't sound too bad right about now.

I checked out the leaderboard on TA but unfortunately as it's private there is no way of me being able to follow your guys progress (I'm interested as I read you and Hammer's blog as well as knowing you from x360a). :(
yea....I said 800 point arcade game. not retail.
If you win then I'll buy you a game - how about that?
My chances are zero so I may as well provide incentive to the rest, ha ha!
