I can't help but think someone is out to get me this week. I near finished Need for Speed: Undercover on the 14th until my system decided to freeze while it was saving, causing my save to vanish, stopping me in my tracks. So I lost about 15 hours worth of game play that I have to go back to sometime for one 100 point achievement.
Right after, I started Viva Pinata for Windows. I enjoy the game so it wasn't too bad going through it again. Until I was about 15 hours in the game, and it was trying to auto-save and then I get a message that says, "The file you are trying to access is corrupt, missing, or your hard drive is full...," which made me immediately worried. I couldn't manually save my game, and it wasn't auto-saving. It told me to restart the game and it should fix itself, sure enough I turn the game back on and I have no readable save file. The only way I could continue is by starting a new save.
Over 30 hours lost in a couple days due to misfortune. It's probably karma for using cheats on Fallout 3 (PC) and not going through the game again.
In other unrelated news, I pwned Krueger.

I'd skip Head coach if I were you. I've lost about 7 hrs from it freezing and glitching on me.
